The Analyst will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Business
Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs) originating from
Operations — from accurate requirement capture and formal stakeholder
authentication, through to coordination with the IT team on development, and
tracking to closure. The Analyst will act as the disciplined, documented
interface between external stakeholders, internal Operations units, and IT,
ensuring that what is built matches what was actually required, and that the VP
– Operations is kept informed of status, risk, and issues at every stage.
The role exists to bring and maintain process sanity to a
currently fragmented requirement-and-change ecosystem — reducing ad hoc,
undocumented requests to IT, and ensuring every BRD/CR is captured,
authenticated, tracked, and closed through a single, transparent, auditable
process.
Requirements
- Graduate
in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management, or a
related discipline from a recognised institution.
- MBA/PGDM
or Master's in Information Systems/Computer Applications preferred.
- Certification
in Business Analysis (CBAP/ECBA/CCBA), Agile/Scrum (CSPO/PSPO), or IT Service
Management (ITIL) is a strong advantage.
Skills Required
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
- MBA, PGDM, or Master's degree in Information Systems or Computer Applications
- Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP, ECBA, or CCBA
- Certification in Agile or Scrum, such as CSPO or PSPO
- IT Service Management certification, such as ITIL
