Primary Responsibilities:
- The Operations Data Analyst supports the Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations by organizing all departmental analytics related to clinical operations, finance, and inventory management
- Primary responsibilities include pulling reports for internal and external audits, addressing KSC data requests, and analyzing data and informatics to support strategic development of projects that improve ASC operations, processes, and patient outcomes
- The analyst will also assist in the design and development of data collection strategies, aggregation, analysis, and reporting to other departments as assigned - such as Finance, Risk Management, and Employee Health & Safety
- The Operations Data Analyst reflects the mission, vision, and values of KSC, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical project management role OR 2+ years of previous healthcare experience functioning in a lead capacity managing multiple, complex projects OR 1+ years of experience as a KSC Admin Fellow
- Manages and processes reports, in collaboration with Project Manager; verify collection, validation, completeness, and accuracy of data collected from all sources; analyzes benchmarks, interprets and organizes data to facilitate targeted clinical interventions aimed at improving the quality of patient care; conduct analysis of data to support ASC Operations
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Report writing capability with experience in BI and Sandbox
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, project management and performance management
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic setting and balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly in both oral and written context to provide instruction or conduct presentations as needed
- Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills
- Works with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
- Ability to work independently for task completion and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to drive consensus
- Demonstrated problem-resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in project coordination, program coordination, or data analysis
- Experience with Statistical Software; Familiarity with EPIC
- Valid driver's license
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
