- Partner with business leaders to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases across applications and endpoints.
- Work with teams to integrate AI into workflows and evaluate external vendor offerings for potential adoption.
- Design and deliver Generative AI training programs to Rialto associates, equipping employees with practical knowledge of GenAI tools.
- Host office hours, workshops, and roundtables to provide hands-on guidance, answer questions, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
- Prepare demo datasets, scenarios, and presentations to showcase AI capabilities for leadership meetings and client site visits.
- Track AI adoption and effectiveness through metrics and reporting, highlighting ROI and business impact.
- Develop concise playbooks, guides, and communication materials to support consistent AI usage across the company.
- Maintain a central repository of AI project artifacts, use cases, vendor evaluations, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of experience in a business, data, or technology analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, including prompt engineering, and demonstrated ability to apply them to solve business problems.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex AI concepts understandable to non-technical users.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and collaborating with development teams or vendors to deliver technology solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial services or real estate industry is a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
