Sr Brand Manager-Tasty Bite™​

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of key parts of the Tasty Bite portfolio. This is a role for a builder—someone who thrives on turning insights into action, balancing creative storytelling with commercial discipline, and driving projects from concept through flawless execution. You’ll partner closely with sales, innovation, insights, and our external agencies to bring the brand to life across every consumer and customer touchpoint.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or in a relevant field required. MBA optional
  • 4+years of experience in brand marketing – preferably CPG
  • Passion for building brands and evolving media landscape
  • A proven track record of successfully managing brand projects from concept to execution, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a balance of creativity and commercial mindset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Previous innovation experience
  •  Proficient systems knowledge and experience with syndicated data (Nielsen / IRI /Retail Link preferred).

What would be your key responsibilities?

Portfolio & Brand Execution

  • Manage day-to-day brand priorities—overseeing product updates, packaging changes, and commercial plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Campaign Development & Activation

  • Support integrated campaigns that drive trial, engagement, and repeat purchase—across PR, shopper marketing, retail media, and social.

Innovation Support

  • Partner on new product launches, from validating consumer concepts to building sell-in stories and coordinating retail execution.

Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze Nielsen and other data sources to track performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize brand health. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to align objectives, ensure consistent brand voice, and deliver results.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 100,134.00 - USD 137,677.00
