The Brand Manager will help drive brand strategy, deliver monthly business targets, track marketing performance, and evaluate ROI effectiveness across the business. This role is highly visible within the organization and requires close cross-functional partnership with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations. In a transformation-oriented environment, this leader must combine strong strategic and critical thinking with hands-on execution, using data-driven recommendations to accelerate business performance and unlock growth opportunities. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly accountable marketer who is energized by both building and doing, and who can independently manage multiple priorities with urgency, agility, and an ownership mindset.

Example focus areas include:

· Partner with the sales organization to monitor in-market performance, develop compelling sell stories, and optimize assortment and activation plans with retail customers.

· Work with insights and category management partners to understand consumer needs, category dynamics, and business trends, and translate findings into practical strategic recommendations.

· Lead cross-functional execution by briefing internal and external agency partners, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered with speed and excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, promoting the mission and championing the brand with a strong business ownership mindset.

· Develop and help execute the full-year activation calendar, including brand tactics, spending requirements, timing, prioritization, and performance milestones.

· Lead a broad range of brand-building activities across packaging, pricing, promotion, innovation, and product support.

· Conduct in-depth market, consumer, category, and brand analysis to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and support growth in a turnaround environment.

· Monitor, track, and analyze brand performance and initiative; translate analysis into strategic actions and course-correct quickly when needed.

· Prepare clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior leadership, using data and insights to influence decisions and drive alignment.

· Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop creative, media, and go-to-market assets that support business objectives.

· Partner closely with sales leadership to plan and execute customer and channel programs across Grocery, Mass, and alternative channels.

Desired Skills & Required Experience

· Thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, and evolving culture, with the ability to operate effectively in a transformation-oriented business environment and bring energy to a brand at an important point in its growth journey.

· Strong strategic and critical thinking skills paired with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.

· Demonstrated business ownership mindset, with the ability to move fluidly between strategy development and tactical delivery.

· Collaborative, low-ego style with the ability to work effectively across internal and external cross-functional partners.

· BS/BA in business, marketing, or related discipline required

· 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally including classical CPG brand management training as well as experience in mid-size companies where speed, resourcefulness, and broader ownership are required. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a globally recognized consumer brand while operating with the urgency and accountability needed to drive impact.
