职位概要
按照要求提供生物统计学和统计编程方面的专业知识。参与所分配项目中与生物统计相关的服 务，包括提供一般的生物统计方面的建议，完成方案中统计方法部分，审阅数据库和病例报告表 等。准备统计分析计划，为统计学表、图、列表撰写说明。与客户就研究方案或客户提出的统计 分析问题进行讨论。编写或审核统计分析程序，并审核统计分析结果。就研究时间表、数据质量 和结果的解释与研究团队成员进行沟通。解释分析结果、撰写和审核统计分析报告，或撰写研究 报告中的统计部分等。
职责
• 负责组织和管理所分配项目的统计分析工作。
• 严格按照SOP，在规定的时间内完成项目工作。
• 为临床试验方案设计提供统计学支持。
• 根据项目需要撰写样本量计算报告。
• 撰写或审核SAP，如SAP中统计分析方法的具体规定和统计学图表的设计等。
• 撰写随机化说明文档，并编写随机化程序，生成随机化资料,或者承担审核者。
• 参与DM会议，对CRF、数据库设计进行统计学审核。
• 审核统计分析程序和统计分析数据集，并审核统计分析结果。
• 负责撰写统计分析报告或研究报告中的统计部分。
• 参与开发统计分析函数库及其他应用程序。
• 为经验较少的员工提供统计方面的指导和培训。
• 根据工作需要，可能需要不定时出差。
• 完成直线经理分配的其他工作。

Skills Required
- PhD in Statistics or related field with at least 1 year biostatistics experience; or Master's with ≥3 years; or Bachelor's with ≥5 years
- Solid theoretical and applied biostatistics knowledge and experience with clinical trial methods
- Familiarity with biostatistics guidelines relevant to clinical research
- Proficient SAS programming skills and technical writing ability
- Experience writing or reviewing SAPs, sample size calculations, randomization documentation, and statistical analysis reports
- Experience reviewing CRFs and database design from a statistical perspective
- Ability to manage and organize statistical analysis work across projects and meet deadlines following SOPs
- Good oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require
