The Senior Biostatistician or Manager, Biostatistics provides scientific and statistical leadership for assigned clinical studies. They work in partnership with data management, programming, clinical and other study team members to support later phase trials.
This role will work in our Redmond, WA, Princeton, NJ offices or Sugar Land, TX locations.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.

The Senior Biostatistician or Manager, Biostatistics provides scientific and statistical leadership for assigned clinical studies. They work in partnership with data management, programming, clinical and other study team members to support later phase trials.

Responsibilities
- Provide statistical input for study design, analysis and reporting, ensuring studies are statistically sound with appropriate methodologies applied.
- Author statistical section of Protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans, and other relevant statistical documents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on study initiation, data collection, database lock, delivery of statistical outputs and preparation of the study reports. Conduct necessary statistical analyses and programing to ensure study success.
- Provide statistical support for regulatory submissions and interactions
- Provide study-level statistical leadership and communicate relevant statistical concepts, study results and statistical inference to other team members
Qualifications
- MS (with 5+ years of experience) or PhD (with 2+ years of experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
- Experience as a study statistician in clinical trials, preferably oncology trials
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R
- Excellent technical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
