Overview: As a Senior Billing Analyst at Johnson Controls, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our billing processes. You will ensure timely and accurate billing for our clients while supporting the finance team in various billing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing cycle from invoice creation to payment collection.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing metrics and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to junior billing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite.
