We are currently seeking for a Sr. Bilingual Coordinator for Talent Acquisition team on a 16 - month contract.
What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health
Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Bilingual Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for assisting in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health. This would include but not be limited to:
Managing the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details
Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Bilingual is a must (French/English)
1-3 years of experience in related field, HR experience preferred
Advanced computer skills required
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
Experience working with 3rd party background check vendors
Strong written and verbal communications skills
