ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
Contract Negotiation & Management
Support the sales team with legal questions during the pre- and post-contracting process, to assist closing business that complies with business’s policies, or seek appropriate approvals for deviations.
Join calls with the sales team to provide legal/contractual representation and support on customer and supplier negotiations. Prepared to negotiate directly with customers and suppliers.
Support partners during renewals to ensure they have the correct Terms & Conditions in place.
Provide Request for Proposal (RFP) support for commercial and government customers, including handling NDAs and reviewing non-standard agreements and requirements.
Draft and review new contracts, amendments, and addendums.
Maintain up to date information using our central repository of all contracts in DocuSign .
Track key contract dates (e.g., renewals, expirations) and manage the renewal process.
Analyze and report on contract performance and key metrics when requested by Sales or leadership team
Assist in the localization of global Business templates (e.g., contracts, policies) for use in other regions.
Education
• Law, business or similar Degree (Bachelors Minimum).
• Education and professional qualification for a legal counsel including successful passage of a national legal profession qualification examination, or appropriate legal and contracting experience.
Experience
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements in a reputable law firm or international corporate setting. Ideally IT and cloud/SaaS experience.

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting
• Ability to work independently with internal Legal Partners, Business Partners and external parties with tact and diplomacy to achieve strategic business objectives
• Team player
• Strong technical capability, including the ability to provide high-quality advice and manage agreements through its lifecycle from start through execution independently with minimal supervision
• Strong business acumen and judgement
• Eye for detail and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
• Strong computer literacy, including competency in the Microsoft Office and Google suites; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems.

Travel Requirements
