About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Associate – Program Delivery to support the planning and execution of innovation programs at T-Hub.
You will work closely with startups, corporate partners and internal teams to keep programs on track from startup scouting and coordination to milestone tracking, events, reporting and program closure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with startups, coordinating multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of execution.
- Drive program execution: Build program plans, calendars and budgets, and ensure activities and deliverables are completed on time.
- Scout & evaluate startups: Identify, reach out to, evaluate and shortlist relevant startups based on program requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Work closely with startups, clients, mentors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Track progress & outcomes: Monitor startup milestones, program KPIs and deliverables, and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
- Manage program operations: Coordinate events, logistics, approvals and follow-ups, ensuring tasks move to closure without delays.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or a related field, MBA is an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, startup programs, business development or similar roles.
- Experience in the startup ecosystem, corporate innovation teams, VC or venture studios is preferred.
- Strong coordination, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders with strong follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Excel, CRM platforms, Notion and Canva is useful.
Skills Required
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- MBA
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program or project management, startup programs, business development, or similar roles
- Experience in the startup ecosystem, corporate innovation teams, venture capital, or venture studios
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
