Job Description:
The Sr. Associate, Workforce Planning is responsible for supporting workforce planning and staff allocation within the Media Practice area employee population. You will partner with Business Leaders, Finance, and Talent Acquisition; your goal is to support the proper execution of the resource management operation. You will manage multiple assignments and processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly – within and outside of your team.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze workforce planning reports (available resources, current resource allocations, capacity reports, etc.) for finance and business leads.
Maintain the data accuracy of Resource Allocation Plan.
Conduct data quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of resource management data.
Input, update, and maintain data in workforce management and resource allocation tools.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies through regular audits and validation checks.
Prepare and present data reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and enhance data integrity.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a Workforce Planning or similar function.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of data in workforce management tool.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
High energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a great sense of humor.
Very comfortable managing multiple ongoing priorities simultaneously.
Open and honest communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others through collaboration.
Strong Excel skills.
Comfortable with each day bringing a new challenge to solve. No day will look exactly the same!
Candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones for team collaboration and operational alignment.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
