Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- (Good to have) Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee lifecycle processes
Certifications
- (Good to have) Certification or coursework in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or People Management
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, onboarding, or post-offer lifecycle management
- Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding pipelines with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of HRMS, ATS, and onboarding workflows
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and translate insights into operational improvements Experience in delivering scalable, high-impact solutions within a global environment.

Technical/Domain
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end onboarding and post-selection processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and onboarding platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Ability to design, improve, and maintain onboarding trackers, SOPs, and communication templates
