Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Associate Success (HR) Manager to join our team. This role will be assigned to a Blue Yonder affiliate in the government space and oversee all aspects of the Associate Success practices and processes. You will be responsible for partnering with other members of Blue Yonder’s Associate Success team as well as the business leadership.
Scope:
This role will also encompass compliance management, associate relations and investigations, as well as other operational responsibilities. This role will have a matrix reporting structure, reporting to the business affiliate leader and the CVP of Associate Success. Experience working for a government contractor preferred
What you’ll do:
Business Partner:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on Associate Success related matters, providing support and solutions.
- Develop and implement Associate Success strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to drive high performance.
- Conduct regular check-ins with leaders to discuss Associate Success matters, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Assist leaders in developing and implementing action plans to address Associate Success related issues, increase associate engagement, improve overall associate experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance reporting requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Associate Success policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to associates and managers on compliance-related topics, as needed.
Employee Relations and Investigations:
- Address associate relations issues promptly and effectively, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into associate complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all associate relations and investigation activities.
- Provide recommendations for resolution and follow-up on the implementation of corrective actions.
Transactional/Operational Tasks:
- Manage and maintain associate records in the Associate Success system (Workday), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process Associate Success transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Generate Associate Success reports and analytics to support decision-making and provide insights to leadership.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with the ability to operate at a transactional to a strategic level as the needs of the business fluctuate.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Strong experience in associate relations and conducting investigations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology (Workday preferred), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in government industry and global companies preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $104,669.00 to $151,665.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
