  • Troubleshoot coding, configuration, dependency, performance, integration, environment, deployment, and unexpected system behavior issues.
  • Help distinguish between application defects, configuration problems, integration failures, environment issues, and gaps in shared platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to reusable patterns, documentation, tooling, and knowledge sharing that reduce recurring delivery issues.

Artificial Intelligence, Prototyping, and Innovation
  • Design and deliver artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities, including generative artificial intelligence integrations, automation tools, and internal developer or productivity solutions.
  • Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept, then evolve validated ideas into secure, supportable, production-ready solutions when approved.

  • Support production validation, go-live, hypercare, root-cause analysis, remediation, monitoring, and post-launch stabilization.

Quality, Security, and Engineering Standards
  • Apply established software development lifecycle, testing, change-management, security, privacy, accessibility, performance, reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability expectations.
  • Implement or support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices appropriate to the solution.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams on functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Promote consistent engineering practices across internal teams and external delivery partners.
