About the Team
We are on a mission to get the largest higher ed institutions live on Workday Student! We tackle ambitious problems and have fun doing it together. We are flexible and always learning, because we know things change quickly. We have a range of customers already live, but we continue to develop the breadth and depth of our product as we gear up for future waves of customers.About the Role
We are seeking an experienced engineer to collaborate in fast paced agile environment. You will be required to:
Write and maintain solid, robust, efficient and maintainable code using Workday's Object Oriented framework and tools
Write reliable unit, integration and system level tests that will run on our continuous delivery pipeline
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features in the Workday payroll product
Learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.
About You
You have 2+ years' developing performant, scalable and resilient applications
You’ve developed in Java, C# or other object oriented languages
You possess a good understanding and appreciation of test automation principles
Experience developing business applications (knowledge of payroll is a plus)
You have familiarity with, or an understanding of, what is required to craft, build, test, and supervise a business critical software in production
You have a passion for code quality!
You like working in an agile team
