About the Role
In this role, you will be a pivotal contributor to our product development, working closely with product management and fellow engineers to deliver robust software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, implementing, and thoroughly testing comprehensive product features.
Building and enhancing our core infrastructure and platform.
Driving system improvements and elevating the overall developer experience.
Writing robust, maintainable code, and refactoring to ensure quality and efficiency.
Actively participating in code reviews

About You
Basic Qualifications: Sr Associate Software Development Engineer
3+ years of work experience in Software Engineering
1+ years of work experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript code
2+ years of work experience in both front-end and back-end engineering
Other Qualifications: Sr. Associate Software Development Engineer
Ability to rapidly understand JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Proven track record of delivering production quality apps.
Strong communication skills for both technical and strategic discussions with extended organization.
Experience and passion about Agile methodologies.
A desire to think about user experience and provide feedback on design and UX.
Experience with the AWS ecosystem is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform) is a plus
Open to Hybrid work environments reporting half-time in office

Basic Qualifications: Software Development Engineer
5+ years of work experience in Software Engineering
2+ years of work experience with Javascript and/or Typescript code
2+ years of work experience in both front-end and back-end engineering
2+ years of experience with the AWS or other public cloud environments e.g., GCP, Azure), including deploying applications to these environments
2+ years of working experience in DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. CDK and Terraform)
Other Qualifications: Software Development Engineer
Writing quality and well tested code excites you
Experience with both front-end development and server or backend development is a plus
Strong belief in automation and experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins/Github Actions
You are curious and empathetic with experience and passion for Agile methodologies
Experience with writing production quality code in TypeScript
Experience with API design and development using Rest and/or GraphQL
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana) is a plus
Experience with Azure and Salesforce administration is a plus
You have delivered several production quality applications and know how to maintain and support them
Strong communicator that can drive technical and strategic discussions with extended organization
Open to Hybrid work environments reporting half-time in office

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
