ABOUT THE ROLE
- Gerenciar carteira de clientes Key Account do varejo de bens de consumo. Trabalhar na elaboração de forcast de vendas, gestão de sell in / sell out e construção de planos estratégicos para desenvolvimento das Categorías e Marcas SC Johnson.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negociação e construção de JBP,
- Gestão e controle de investimento,
- Execução e estratégias de mercado,
- Interpretação de contratos comerciais,
- Atuar e conduzir negociações comerciais,
- Análise de dados e elaboração de planos de vendas,
- Tracking dos principais KPI´s: Sell in/out, share e execução no PDV,
- Conectar dados através de análises de mercado obtidas de visitas comerciais e relatórios de mercado (Nielsen, Scantech...etc) para identificar oportunidades e propor soluções.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Superior completo
- Inglês desejável
- Desejável experiência em indústrias de Bens de Consumo Rápido (FMCG).
- Habilidade em comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, growth mindset e accountability
