KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- 完成GTN指标,预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性;
- 负责应收账款的管理,并平衡和控制客户投资与年度计划
- 负责年度客户合同谈判,有效的动态化调整和规划并完美执行;
- 负责协调管理各区客户的生意发展计划,驱动管辖客户的生意,实现增长;
- 負責所屬客戶每周業績預估與例行性月報完成
- 負責所屬客戶客情維護與客戶情報掌握和回饋
- 通过有效数据分析,跟进客户库存管理、门店的拓展及分销、陈列执行;
- 監督並指導分店人員於門市落實公司政策
- 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等;
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- 本科或以上学历
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- 有5-8年以上FMCG客户管理经验;最好有1年以上相关客户的管理经验;
- 对数据有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点
- 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;展现适应能力和抗压能力;
- 建立针对管辖客户的有效计划并执行;
- 具有业务谈判能力,沟通协调能力;
- 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件;有一定的英语基础及语言处理能力;
