Sr. Associate Pricing Analyst (HYBRID)

The Financial Analyst will support the McKesson Health Systems segment with customer financial modeling. This individual will also assist with projects/process improvement initiatives within the McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services organization. They will be responsible for performing ad hoc financial data analysis to drive profitability and maximize share of wallet. Additionally, in this role, they will assist with maintaining and improving Pricing tools, templates, and reports to advance Pricing team performance. The Financial Analyst will need to build strong working relationships with internal clients to maintain engagement and enable pricing decisions based on market shifts and consolidation. A total package of qualities to be successful in the role will include strong financial acumen, advanced technical skills, data analysis and project management skills.

**In office 2-3 days a week**

Key responsibilities:

• Support segment with customer financial modeling.
• Execute customer/product level profitability and trending analyses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business development.
• Effective communication to Sales and Leadership of customer and deal economics.
• Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
• Provide ad hoc customer and segment analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Internship is a plus.

Critical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong to Advanced technical skills related to data analysis and financial management.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership.
• Understanding of business management including Income Statements, EBIT, and Working Capital
• Ability to build basic pricing models using MS Excel (Intermediate to Advance level)
• Strong PowerPoint and presentations skills

• Internship experience in related field
• Pharmaceuticals or wholesaler experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated self-starter

Salary: 59,100.00 - 78,800.00 - 98,500.00 USD Annual (Target 75K)
