WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Sr. Associate, People Technology is a key member of Revantage's People Technology team, supporting over 1,400 employees nationwide. The Senior Associate, People Technology partners with HR stakeholders to develop technology solutions to address business needs and support strategic objectives. This position will analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage our investments in HR technology, specifically Workday. The Senior Associate, People Technology builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior Associate, People Technology supports HR system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This role will maintain and alter system configurations as needed to develop new solutions and support day-to-day operations.
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
- Provide Workday subject matter expertise across multiple modules to internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, and Absence.
- Lead system configuration activities, including documenting work for change control purposes.
- Consults with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions to support business needs and strategy.
- Manages enhancement projects and process improvements, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
- Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities planning from planning through sign-off.
- Provides production support, including researching and resolving HR tech problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Helps maintain Workday data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
- Lead change management activities, including creation & delivery of training and documentation for employees, managers and HR colleagues for process and system improvements.
- Maintains awareness of current trends in HR technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Continuously increases both HR knowledge and stays current on latest HR technology developments.
- Participants in analyzing case trends to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Highlights improvement opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Minimum of 4 years of Workday HCM experience. Preferably comprehensive knowledge of Workday Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping and Absence.
- Oversee payroll configuration, ensure accurate processing, and troubleshoot any payroll-related issues. Work closely with finance and payroll teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Support the configuration and administration of compensation plans, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives. Ensure alignment with company policies and market standards.
- Configure and manage absence and time-off modules, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee leave. Address any issues or discrepancies in absence data.
- Generate and analyze reports related to payroll, benefits, and compensation to provide insights and support decision-making. Develop custom reports as needed.
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible.
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (includes V-lookups, formula writing, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven project management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to be timely and responsive to the needs of the department and organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to develop presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations, catering to the specific audience.
- Ability to collaborate both internally and externally to provide customer service oriented technical support, and to train system end users.
Preferred:
- Workday Pro Certification in HCM Core, Payroll, Advance Compensation, and or/ Absence.
Base Salary : $88,165 - $140,822. This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of the Company's base salary for this position. Actual base salary may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation : This job is also eligible for a bonus that it's discretionary but with a target of 15% of base salary) .
