The People & Culture Generalist will forge strong relationships with managers and employees, providing support to P&C Business Partners and employees. The person in this role assesses and anticipates people related needs and formulates partnerships across the People & Culture function to deliver value-added service to the overall organization. Our ideal candidate is looking for a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is detail-oriented, service-focused, and adaptive.
Responsibilities

  • Support P&C Business Partners as they advise front line managers on employee relations, employee development, performance improvement plans, terminations, and documentation
  • Oversee day-to-day operational support for assigned organizations, liaison with People & Culture operations team to process employee changes
  • Act as trusted advisor and credible source of information for managers and employees
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to initiate recruitment, assist with job descriptions and initiate market data analysis
  • Execute performance management activities including goal setting, performance reviews and compensation
  • Conduct exit interviews, aggregate themes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance culture and engagement
  • Maintain fundamental knowledge of employment laws related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Project manage various people and culture initiatives independently and proactively provide updates to People & Culture business partners
  • Special projects as assigned


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with experience independently handling employee relations, manager coaching, and performance management processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Workday Experience is a plus


Preferred:

  • Human Resources Certification
