The Impact You Will Make:
This is a multi-faceted role responsible for the development and implementations of marketing campaigns and business relationships with our most valued partners. You will be responsible for the day to day marketing relationships with the partners, working directly with their marketing team to execute strategy and reach mutual goals through integrated marketing campaigns. This individual will work cross functionally across all aspects of the growth and brand organization to think holistically about how partner brands can integrate into Grubhub's larger strategy.

  • You will play a critical role in driving Grubhub's overall success by evaluating and evolving marketing partnership strategies
  • Build trust leading to strong relationships with our partners through day-to-day communications and larger strategic planning
  • Develop partnership branding guidelines and serve as partner representative internally
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new partnership opportunities and make recommendations for partnership strategies
  • Spearhead innovative and impactful marketing initiatives with our most valued partners that will mutually benefit Grubhub and the partner
  • Develop campaign strategy, promo recommendations, co-marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics
  • Produce and sell innovative ideas through effective presentations and persuasion skills to be shared internally and externally
  • Collaborate effectively with CRM, Brand, Creative, Legal, Loyalty, Media, Analytics, Finance, and product marketing teams to create integrated programs that support business objectives
  • Utilize critical thinking about what projects are priority for partnerships and communicate effectively on how they ladder up to larger Grubhub goals
  • Manage simultaneous partnership timelines and tasks; prioritize and escalate workload effectively
  • Work with Analytics to evaluate quality of marketing initiatives through reporting. Craft insights from results to articulate learnings that determine future partnership tactics
  • Devise innovative opportunities to test with partners to understand the best ways to drive growth through integrated opportunities


What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, relationship management, advertising or business development
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, organization, storytelling, and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker and efficiency-minded - balancing strategy with operational requirement
  • Cross-functional project management skills and experience working with creative teams
  • Proven success executing end-to-end marketing campaigns including managing project timelines and implementations with little oversight or support from manager
  • Strong presentation and deck development skills


The base salary ranges for this position are below. The ranges provided exclude other forms of compensation such as equity and bonus.
New York: $97,000-145,000 base salary range
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to the base salary, the role might also come with equity and other pay incentives as part of the full compensation package.
