Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead - Full Stack Developer to drive the development and implementation of innovative projects using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes. This role requires a proactive individual who stays current with the latest technological advancements.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of projects utilizing emerging technologies.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

Front-End Development:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Back-End Development:

• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js).

Database Management:

• Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Web Servers & UI/UX Design:

• Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Manage the development and delivery of technology projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project alignment with business strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve processes.
• Remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are a plus.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.
• Capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
