* Role would be a hybrid setting of 3 days a week in our Rogers, AR. office
Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales , Insights , and Cross Functional Team s with Data Needs and Selling Stories
  • Present Data Findings Through Effective Verbal Communication and Da t a Visual ization
  • Deliver Recurring and Adhoc Data Reporting
  • Maintain Attribution Across Multiple Data Platforms
  • Provide Category and Market Share Trends Leveraging Multiple Syndicated Data Sources
  • Participate in Internal and External Stakeholder Meetings and Presentations


Qualifications

  • Proactive business curiosity
  • Minimum: 4 years in Business Analytics, Category Management, and/or CPG Sales Analytics
  • Demonstrate competency with Retailer Scan Data, Nielsen, Circana , ( Syndicated Scan & Panel )
  • Demonstrate proficiency with large data sets using Excel , PowerBi , PowerPoint
  • P roblem-solving skillset/ mindset with Critical Thinking and Active Listening
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ; comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables & overlapping deadlines , and strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations
