Sr. Associate - Label Development
Area of Responsibility :
Label Management in GCC (Global Competencies Center)
Tasks and Responsibility :
• Basic Label designing using Loftware Spectrum/Nice Label
• Setup new Printers (Intermec, Zebra, Sato) & troubleshoot print-er related issues
• Handle the tickets globally on a daily basis, related to Labels, La-bel printers, Scanners as per the agreed SLA.
• Responsible for Label management globally.
• Must have worked in the projects related to Packaging & Labelling
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Labels, Label printers, Scanners
• Responsible for maintaining LAMA tables and data in sharedrive
• Support and Cooperation with Warehouse, regulatory, SCM ser-vices, product manager’s & CSR’s .
• Responsible for creating and updating Standard Operation Proce-dures (SOP’s).
• Responsible for investigating the customer complaints related to label issues.
• Responsible for monitoring the label master data setup to avoid possible issues proactively and suggest maintenance tasks ac-cordingly.
• Co-ordinate with other departments where needed to give a smooth flow for the generation of correct labels
• Participate in Bi-weekly meetings to discuss on the issues, new initiatives and discuss the exception cases
• Train backup employee in the above tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery/respond times
• Effective utilization of Novonesis tools as for example SAP, In-traweb, Promis, PLM
• Participate/assist in ad hoc tasks with key stakeholders
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs in-to tangible requirements.
Skills and Competencies :
• Individual should be able to learn complex label design in Loft-ware or similar label designing tool and perform
• Knowledge on SQL database management (creation & Mainte-nance)
• Knowledge on VBA coding
• Knowledge on Python scripting
• Data modeling skill – MS Excel skills in combing data, etc.,
• Analytical skills to draw conclusions of extracts
• Individuals should be able to understand the cross functional ac-tivities.
• Self-starter with ability to face challenges, resolve issues and im-plement improvements.
• Ability to influence management, problem solving skills and man-age relationships in the regional teams.
• Ability to understand & interact with people from different teams involved in supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal English speaking

Skills Required
