Responsibilities include circulating partner requests with management and the appropriate teams, communicating product enhancements and generating buy-in with partners, and promoting a solutions-oriented approach to any related needs that may arise.

  • Analyze - You’ll take a proactive approach to pulling and reviewing necessary data, working with relevant teams to develop plans to improve and maintain partner health.

  • Influence - This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll be expected to work with your Manager to build trust across multiple teams within Grubhub to advocate for your partners’ projects and initiatives.

  • Technical Aptitude - You will be partnering with integration partners to help them grow their business through the Grubhub Marketplace. You will have support from product and engineering along the way, but being able to lead technical troubleshooting and planning calls with partners will be a part of this role.
