Summary:
In this role, you will partner with Account Executives in a designated territory, providing contract implementation and account management services for large Provista National Accounts. You will build collaborative relationships with members, distributors, suppliers, and internal staff to help sites maximize the value of the Vizient contract portfolio.
Responsibilities:

Lead multiple large implementation and onboarding projects for new and existing members.

Partner with Account Executives in contract implementation and account management of non-acute systems.

Respond to service, research, and issue resolution needs of assigned members.

Maintain membership rosters to ensure contract connectivity and accurate pricing.

Build and maintain relationships with members, internal staff, distributors and suppliers to ensure satisfaction through timely communication, reporting, and problem resolution.

Identify and implement processes to improve team performance.

Utilize technology to accomplish and track work including tools such as Salesforce, Contract Pricing Administration, Contract Catalog, Tableau, and others.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

5 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience with GPO, supply chain, and/or healthcare distribution/supplier experience required.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate across internal teams and connect with distribution partners, suppliers, and end-user customers.

Proven ability to think strategically and employ critical thinking skills to drive innovative solutions and achieve organizational goals.

Must have excellent communication skills, customer service, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with Excel preferred.

Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $98,800.00.
