EU eCommerce & Digital Senior Associate

•             Function:  Sales - eCommerce

About the role

This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the eCommerce ambition to accelerate growth and drive an eCommerce first mindset with the cross functional teams. They will partner with ICB marketing and sales teams to build winning plans with consistent KPI tracking.

As a strategic big bet for the company, this position will have the opportunity to engage with the EU leadership team, Flywheel and OMD agency partners, Amazon Retail and Ad teams, and key cross functional partners across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional eCommerce champions to support strategic thought leadership, insights, and analysis for the category channel strategies.
• Drive PAN EU eCommerce media initiatives, partnering with Flywheel and OMD commerce to support media integration, Amazon Marketing Cloud insights, budget analysis, cross market learnings and best practices
• Lead Pan EU Amazon Ads partnership – supporting execution of DAA benefits, insight sharing, and test and learn agenda
• Lead monthly Digishelf and market trend analysis, identifying market share trends, competitive insights, and action plans. Present and share with EU leadership team.
• Ad hoc projects to support priority initiatives and capabilities (examples include Sustainability & Amazon exclusives)
• Partner with Pan EU Supply Chain Lead on cross market execution

Experience you’ll bring:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar.
• Minimum of 24 months experience within Marketing or Sales
• Fluent in English, and ideally another European language.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Windows, Excel and PowerPoint; Nielsen and AI tools a plus
• eCommerce experience is a strong plus
