You’re highly detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for digital marketing and a curiosity for emerging trends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are eager to contribute to full-funnel strategies—supporting everything from audience targeting and creative briefing to performance analysis and reporting.
In this role, you will play a key part in bringing paid social campaigns to life, partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution, continuous optimization, and alignment with broader marketing goals.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… anything but typical. You will support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, ensuring programs are running efficiently and effectively across platforms.

This includes:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Supporting campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and pacing to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expected
  • Partnering with internal teams (Creative, Integrated Marketing, CRM, Analytics) to align on campaign objectives, messaging, and asset needs
  • Coordinating the development and delivery of creative assets, including assisting with briefing, tracking, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals
  • Monitoring campaign performance and pulling insights from reporting to identify optimization opportunities and inform future strategies
  • Supporting audience targeting strategies, including leveraging first-party data and collaborating with CRM and analytics partners
  • Assisting in the development of test-and-learn initiatives across creative, audience, and platform capabilities
  • Maintaining strong communication with external agency partners to support execution, reporting, and ongoing campaign improvements

Staying up to date on platform updates, digital trends, and emerging opportunities within the paid social landscape

To Land This Role:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (experience with MMM or incrementality tools is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
  • Interest in fashion, retail, luxury, or e-commerce is preferred
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 90,000.00 USD - 115,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
