What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Conduct proactive analysis of service data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify service risks and plan mitigation with Service Owners
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve service efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of agentic agents and AI frameworks to deliver intelligent solutions to continuously enhance service operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and enable predictive triggers and self-service enhancements.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align service strategies and share best practices.
- Manipulate complex data sets to unlock opportunities for improvement, reduce friction and enhance productivity.
- Effectively communicate technical issues/challenges to non-technical people.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience in an IT related field with knowledge of supporting end users with technical issues.
- Experience in data analytics, preferably within a service or operations context.
- Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience using Copilot
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Awareness of internal and external technology trends.
- Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment, and must exhibit a positive and professional attitude
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Preferred exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise service contexts.
- Project Management skills
- Understanding of agentic agents and AI solution delivery in enterprise environments.
- Certification in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
- Experience working with Service Now framework
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Ability to work a variety of hours as the role is part of a global team with stakeholders working different time zones.
