当社の業務用空調機器アフターマーケット事業においてお客様目線の提案を実現するため、現場で培った空調知識をもとに様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。また、また将来の分析マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。
Job Description
当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守契約、整備提案、更新提案、省エネ・省人化提案など）を実現するため、現場で培った空調知識をもとに、データ分析を通じて顧客価値を創出していただくポジションです。
なお、本ポジションではシステム開発そのものを担うのではなく、空調機器の知見を活かして分析観点や業務要件を整理し、ツール開発におけるベンダーとの調整・管理を担っていただきます。
【担当業務】
・空調機器の知見を活かしたデータ分析および提案検討
・顧客視点での課題抽出および改善提案
・分析ツール活用・改善提案（※開発はベンダー中心）
【具体的業務】
・当社基幹システムや監視システムなどから抽出した物件データ、作業データ、運転データなどを分析・配信。
・ツール類開発の要件定義作成。
・国内開発チームやベンダー、海外開発チームなどとのツール類開発調整。
・上記に関連する業務。
Minimum Requirements

【必須要件】
・空調・設備関連の実務経験（3年以上）
（例：サービス、保守、設計、施工 など）
・Excel：基本関数
【歓迎要件】
・データの分析経験。
・PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識。
