OnSemi is seeking a Sr Digital Design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will focus on the following
- Define and implement key digital blocks to enable platform based design
- Deploy and pipe-clean platform automation framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration within the overall platform
- Employ scripting languages (PERL, TCL, Python) for automation of collateral development
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in debugging sessions, providing valuable insights, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

QualificationsQualification
BE in Electrical Engineering or related + 6 years of experience, or MS + 4 years of experience in RTL design/development
- Proficiency in RTL development flow
- Hands-on expertise in RTL coding of medium to complex logic blocks
- Experience in platform-based development is an advantage
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL, TCL, Python
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
