We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine innovative design skills with technical expertise to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that align with the company’s vision and client expectations.
- Lead the design process, from conceptualization to detailed design.
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, project objectives, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any construction challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth.
- Promote collaboration and innovation within the design team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proven experience in leading complex architectural projects.
- Licensed Architect (or equivalent certification).
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
