Job Description:

Job Summary: This position's responsibilities include high power platform builds for new product validation with collaboration partner , NPI Research/Definition/Development, and supporting/collaborating with FAE team for technical issue trouble-shooting.

Essential Functions:

  • Platform Establishment: Facilitate the development of high-power platforms, specifically focusing on AC/DC PSU and High-Voltage (HV) DC/DC, with strategic partners.

  • System Validation: To perform system-level validation of MPS IC products on the high power platforms, mapping to customer's requirements, for AI data center market.

  • Product Definition: Formulate innovative new product ideas based on market trends and customer requirements; work cross-functionally with the teams to define next-generation IC specifications for AI DC.

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to the FAE team to resolve complex application issues.

  • Market Engagement: Partner with Marketing, local Sales, and FAE teams to conduct customer visits, drive product promotion, lead technical seminars, and perform market research.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or above degree is required.

  • At least 3 years working experiences on high power products application or PSU development, server PSU experience is plus.

  • Perform communication skill in English.
