Sr. Application Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Application Manager to join our team and support the Flavors business in Tlalnepantla. Sr. Application Manager will need to have solid experience in leading R&D teams, applications food engineering and customer-oriented experience. Works closely with several other departments, including Sales. Will be responsible for managing the application labs.

What you’ll do:   

• Leads the Sweet, Savory and Beverages Application Labs.

• Work closely with internal and external customers.

• Organizes and conducts customer presentations 

• Works closely with the Flavorists and the Sensory Lab to validate flavors on applications

• Will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies.

• Works on new product ideas and customer requirements, comes up with creative alternatives.

• Creates new formulation systems (item and specifications).

• Provides training and guidance in product development.
