Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst position is a role that supports the Team Lead. A person in this role will be a subject matter expert in the various functions performed by the AP Payments team, and also assist with training and performance management among other duties.
Key Job Responsibilities

Assist in the training of new hires and junior staff

Support performance management initiatives

Help with the review and approval of staff reconciliations

Supervising staff in the absence of the team lead

Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Required
-
Post-secondary education preferred
-
Three or more years of experience in accounts payable
-
Strong technical skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Required Skills/Abilities
-
Good knowledge of accounting is an asset

Thorough understanding of vendor statement reconciliation
-
Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication skills
-
Motivated self-starter with proven reliability

Excellent customer service and time management skills
