This role is responsible for executing Anaplan development work as assigned, ensuring that internal IT software products are delivered in a fashion consistent with industry/company design, architecture, and quality standards as well as best practices

How you will make an impact:

  • Engineer Anaplan development and configuration of Anaplan applications, ETL setup in Informatica Cloud or similar, integration with other systems,  or web applications solutions.

  • Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions

  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on  complex issues

  • Determine and lead the design of system specifications, standards, and programming

  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures.

  • Lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies

  • Keeps abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership

What you’ll need (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field.

  • 5 years of previous related experience

  • Previous related experience and training in the Anaplan or similar technologies

  • Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development Required

  • Relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments.

  • Strict attention to detail.

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
