Summary:
In this role, as a dynamic and detail-oriented Analytics Advisor in B2B Marketing Analytics, you will generate actionable insights through data storytelling and descriptive analytics to support strategic decision-making for marketing and sales teams. You will analyze and interpret marketing and sales data, identify trends, and translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations that drive business strategies.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret marketing and sales data to uncover trends and actionable insights.

Develop data-driven narratives that translate complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data engineering teams to align on business objectives and leverage insights.

Deliver presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement using data analytics.

Query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.

Stay updated on marketing analytics trends and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Statistics preferred. Advanced degree desired.

5 or more years of relevant marketing analytics and / or business intelligence experience with B2B marketing data, including customer journey analysis, lead generation, and campaign measurement required.

Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to support marketing and business strategies required.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis required, experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools desired.

Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and automation tools preferred.

Familiarity with statistical concepts, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing, is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven narratives to diverse audiences.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

A proactive and strategic thinker with a keen interest in leveraging data to improve marketing outcomes.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
