What will you do?

  • Preparation and analysis of various centralized reports highlighting business performance

  • Prepare Reports accurately on regular intervals and publish them to Local Mangers & PBU counterparts

  • Should possess an in-depth knowledge of creating and maintaining Process Dashboard

  • Supports financial planning activities of the businesses through the preparation and analysis of various centralized financial business process related projects and reports highlighting operating performance

  • Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, monthly reporting with flawless execution

  • Interact with the IT staff and leadership, analyzing issues and Integrate data from various sources to optimize reporting.

  • Ensure standardization and best practices in metrics and reporting.

  • Design, develop and implement of solutions which meet the business requirements and deliver values.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.

  • Ability to communicate with business management and Strong client management skills.

  • Ability to learn and quickly respond to rapidly changing business environment.

  • Coordinates with other Sub Processes/teams to provide documents/reports effectively.

  • To ensure compliance to applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations.

How will you do it?

  • Key focus on eliminating manual reporting activity within Order to Cash group through system automation

  • Assess current state reporting activities and develop robust solutions to automate and optimize

  • Actively participate on development and implementation Accounts Receivable dashboards, Performance dashboards, KPI dashboards, etc. in order to visualize in a simple and easy-to-read manner.

  • As per guidelines, the periodical results must be sent on time to Local & PBU Management within business.

  • Actively participate in consolidation of reports and dashboards in order to reduce the number of reports as well are reduce reporting workload.

  • Ability to analyze business problems and issues related to OTC process, using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers.

  • Implement business requirements for analytical reporting and analyses along with ensuring appropriate security measures are adhered to

  • Maintain close alignment with all customers of the Management Reporting and Data Mining teams to ensure their reporting requirements are being met (i.e., Operational, Cash App, Finance, etc.)

  • Liaise with IT to manage process of data mapping, UAT testing, etc.

  • Work closely with IT to drive database optimization for financial reporting improvements and automation

  • Support ad-hoc & standard management reporting process

  • Embrace a business focused and results oriented team within Order to Cash

  • Perform various ad-hoc assignments and coordinate with month end closing process within timelines

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology required; Finance/Accounting experience preferred

  • Working experience within a shared services environment supporting any Global region is mandatory

  • Fluency in English in terms of both verbal and written communication skills would be preferred

  • Essential: over 4 to 8 years of relevant experience; 5 - 7 Years of experience in OTC processes be preferred

  • Working proficiency of databases (Oracle / SQL Server) and data modelling is a mandatory requirement.

  • SQL Server, Power BI and Python experience preferred.

  • Working skills in SQL Server, Power BI, Python, Advanced Excel, VBA, macro etc.

  • Adhere to deadlines, provide value-added analysis to assist finance leaders to take calculative decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues

  • Team player with pro-active approach, Analytical/Quantitative problem-solving skillset with the data modeling skills.

  • High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communicates assertively and with tact, willingness to learn, works well under tight deadlines, customer focused.

  • Experience in any Global process transition would be preferred.

Power BI

  • To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.

  • To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI

  • To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.

  • To analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.

  • To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks.

  • Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.

  • Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.

  • Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX

  • Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more.

  • Writing moderate to complex queries for integration with other applications.

  • Responsible for data quality and Maintain Data security.

  • Their job involves coordinating with DBA in creating and managing tables, indexes and database links and privileges.

  • SQL developers work with dynamic T-SQL queries, DML, DDL, and DCL commands to manage and update user permissions.

  • SQL developers design reports and apply drill-down, drill-through sub-reports.

  • Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements.

  • Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.

  • Hands on experience with Numpy, Panda, Matplotlib and other libraries.

  • Integrate data storage solutions and create integrative systems.

  • Integrate user-facing elements and understand end-user requirements.

  • Work collaboratively within the team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of features/KPIs.

  • Should be well-versed in the use of the available libraries to their fullest advantage.
