We are hiring for a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Solutions & Value Team to support Evolent’s Musculoskeletal and Imaging solutions.

The Solution Strategy & Value team is accountable for end-to-end oversight of Evolent’s specialty solutions – the products that power our mission to improve care quality, affordability and experience for people with complex health conditions. Evolent’s specialty portfolio spans comprehensive solutions for value-based condition management in Oncology, Cardiology and Musculoskeletal, as well as cross-specialty enabling products including Imaging, Genetic Testing, Surgical Management and Advanced Illness Care. This highly visible team sets the strategic direction for our specialty solutions and drives enterprise-wide collaboration to ensure Evolent’s offerings are distinctive and create market-leading impact.

Collaboration Opportunities:

The Sr Analyst position will drive and support a portfolio of initiatives of pivotal importance to Evolent’s specialty solution strategy and performance. This position will be focused on Evolent’s Musculoskeletal and Imaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring both big picture thinking and attention to detail to support vision and strategy roadmap definition, execute on solution performance initiatives, and drive key internal and external analysis.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner on formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans.
  • Engage with partners across our core businesses, develop strong relationships with senior executives, and provide analysis, guidance, and direction.
  • Lead research associated with solution needs and strategy formulation, including development of business cases.
  • Support the execution of operational initiatives, including clinical quality improvement, cost of care reduction, and provider/member experience; align product enhancement initiatives to strategic roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor, improve and drive consistency in product ROI.
  • Manage the development of succinct market-facing and internal collateral.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment.
  • Background with value-based care payor or provider organizations .  Experience with specialty care management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including extensive experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems.
  • Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation.

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $73,000 - 85,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
