Summary:
In this role, you will maintain the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of healthcare organization data across key enterprise systems. You will serve as the primary owner of Definitive Healthcare mapping, Commercial View hierarchy management, and account governance processes that support sales, account management, and operational teams. You will ensure healthcare facilities and organizational structures are accurately represented across internal systems, manage hierarchy updates related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes, and provide reporting and analytical insights that support operational efficiency and strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary owner of Definitive Healthcare data feeds and account mapping processes.
Maintain accurate healthcare organization, facility, and account data across internal systems.
Oversee Commercial View hierarchy governance and ensure the accuracy of organizational relationships.
Conduct audits to validate account ownership, hierarchy structures, and data integrity.
Research and implement hierarchy updates resulting from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructuring.
Develop and maintain governance documentation, standards, and audit processes for account and hierarchy management.
Manage account governance processes supporting Dynamics, including account additions, updates, merges, and organizational relationships.
Support Member Inventory maintenance activities and ensure accurate client engagement and product subscription data.
Develop ad hoc reports, perform data analyses, and present recommendations that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and team members while identifying opportunities to improve data quality and operational processes.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in data management, business operations, CRM administration, account governance, or related analytical roles.
Experience with SQL required.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Experience working with large datasets and complex organizational hierarchies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to clients and leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
