Role Overview:
We are on a journey to build the next generation of digital Treasury-enabling real-time cash visibility, seamless cash movement, and a fully integrated, data-driven treasury ecosystem. This role will be part of a team shaping the future digital landscape for Mastercard's global Treasury organization.
The position sits at the intersection of Treasury, Finance, and Technology, and will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives. The Senior Analyst will support the tasks related to the implementation of Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions, driving standardization across bank account database, process optimization, and data integration. This role requires a strong blend of domain expertise, systems implementation experience, and stakeholder management to successfully execute complex, multi-bank programs and deliver meaningful impact on a global scale.
What You'll Do• Execute TMS implementation activities, including data validation, UAT testing, and defect tracking• Lead discussions with partner banks and internal stakeholders to drive SWIFT onboarding, file integrations, and ongoing issue resolutions• Validate bank account database and statement reporting outputs across systems• Provide regular project tracking, status reporting, and progress updates, ensuring clear visibility of milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders• Support bank account rationalization and process standardization initiatives
What You Bring• Experience in Treasury, Banking, or Financial Services• Exposure to TMS implementation, bank connectivity, or payments• Strong experience in data validation, UAT, and stakeholder coordination• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field

ION (Reval/IBAM), SWIFT integration, ISO 20022 (camt.052/053/054), ERP systems
