Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Transformation Strategy will play a highly visible role on the Transformation Office team supporting the Technology & Product transformation, with a focus on the build out and execution of our Global Resource Strategy. This role partners closely with leaders throughout the company to analyze complex problems, develop strategic recommendations, and enable execution across key firmwide initiatives. You will support the design, planning, communication, and execution of our Global Resource Strategy to help us achieve long-term strategic outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who finds traction in ambiguity, connects dots across the business, has extreme attention to detail, and can translate data and insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial analysis, and project management
  • Experience with workforce planning and identifying cost saving opportunities

Core Competencies:

  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to craft concise presentations for senior audiences
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, including experience with Excel
  • Strong project management skills & ability to prioritize your own work, as well as the work of other stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with high business acumen, with the ability to delineate between root problems and symptoms
  • A self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast pace environment with ranging areas of focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to “manage without authority” and get buy-in from partners in adjacent departments

Preferences:

  • High financial acumen, financial modeling expertise is a plus
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry

 

Pay Range:

$91,670.00 - $152,852.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
