The Sr Analyst, Technical Support & Integrations is an onsite position located in Salt Lake City, UT that will take full initiative of managing technical systems issues and integrations throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal direction to help departments, teams, and systems to optimize business processes, reports, and automation tools quickly and effectively. The role will use technical acumen to fix issues brought about by system bugs. This role will collaborate with others to understand and bridge business needs and assess existing business systems, and even new systems, to develop high quality solutions. This role's primary purpose is to support the WMS/3PL business at Growve by facilitating integration, project management, communication across clients and depts. This position requires the ability to learn rapidly and enthusiastically work with others.

• Capabilities to understand and effectively think through solutions to fix ERP and WMS systematic errors
• Dynamic thinking to help solve major priority issues during operations
• Assess Reports for Bus System team to update IT Ticket Support System
• Strong effective ability to import/export large datasets into business systems and fix any dataset that is reporting incorrectly.
• Manage ERP Integrations with Growve Partners
• Manage technical integrations for 3PL Clients

• Demonstrated leadership skills in working effectively to create/ facilitate highly functioning teams in a fast-growth and Continuous Improvement environment.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and to identify and effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Proven communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Strong systems knowledge and skillset, including ERP & CRM's.
• Strong development acumen in many ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
• Motivated self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualified certification in information/ business systems/computer technology/science, or equivalent experience as it pertains to this role.

This position will require extended use of the computer/ keyboarding and sitting as well as use of other office equipment such as phone and copier.
