Lead and grow Growve's Coupang marketplace presence by managing day-to-day operations, launching and optimizing product listings, monitoring account health and performance, executing growth strategies, analyzing trends and KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes and SOPs to scale sales in the Korea market.

Manage daily AR and billing tasks including deposits and mail distribution; maintain accurate AR records; monitor customer credit and collections; prepare aging reports; communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and support collection efforts.

Lead enterprise master data accuracy, governance, and Product Information Management (Salsify). Manage integrations across ERP, WMS, BI, and cloud data platforms, mentor the Enterprise Data Management team, establish data governance standards, and drive automation and cross-functional collaboration.
