ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for optimizing the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and safety stock levels for the portfolio of SKU for which they are accountable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, review, and optimize inventory policies and parameters including safety stock, reorder points, EOQ, and ABC categorization across the network
Plan and execute replenishment and Deployment Requisition Planning (DRP) across plants and distribution centers to meet service level targets
Manage ordering activities based on agreed lead times, volume parameters, and supply policies
Act as the key intermediary between Demand Planning, Factory Planning, Manufacturing, and Order Desk to ensure aligned supply execution
Review, resolve, and manage exceptions related to Master Production Plan, Rough-Cut Capacity, and real-time supply alerts
Prepare and support gap analysis and resolution as part of the S&OP pre-work process
Ensure accuracy, governance, and continuous updates of Material Master Data and inventory settings across the network
Collaborate closely with Logistics Service Providers, Transportation, and Hauling teams to hand over and execute deployment plans
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Graduate of Engineering or a business-related course
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a similar function
No specific professional license required
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
SAP system knowledge and experience in planning or inventory-related modules
Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning processes
Knowledge of inventory policies, methodologies, and distribution capabilities
Ability to manage a total network view across plants and distribution centers, including cross-country coordination if required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills, preferably with experience in a multinational or multicultural environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after three months
This role is not eligible for relocation
