This position will be part of the Robotic Systems Development (RSD) team within the Central Technology Office (CTO). CTO plays a key role in our organizational structure by bringing together technical expertise and innovation across the KION Group and its Operating Units. RSD explores the cutting-edge robotic technologies we develop and brings innovative solutions to life. Our diverse teams go beyond technology development, providing comprehensive solutions, services, and lifecycle support. This position is located in Holland, MI. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office and two days optional to work from home.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$147,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly talented Sr. Professional Solution Management to join our development team. Your day-to-day activities will vary, but will be in the following areas:

Collaborate with operating units to drive and refine scope, schedule, and budget for Mechatronic and software efforts related to development of automated warehouse solutions during pre development budget award phases.

Coordinate with Strategy, T&I, and Automated Systems groups, to align development estimates of new products and features in the scope of solutions for customer needs.

Lead and motivate a global teams as they work to create a globally consolidated and understood portfolio of automated warehouse solutions.

Structure and detail Engineering Level 1 requirements, along with Operating Unit Product Management, for mobile robotic solutions including all phases of lifecycle.
Experience/Degree Required:

Effective communication skills with a variety of audiences including scrum teams, business users, first adopters, team members, and upper management (including c-level and board).

Highly customer focused with the ability to understand the customer(s) point of view, and how that guides the project’s requirements and needs including market needs.
