Job Summary
Sr Analyst, is a key contributor in the Sales & Operations (S&OP) planning process, the Sr Analyst will support the synchronization of demand forecast and supply planning, laying the groundwork for efficient business operations. Apply data available across the supply chain to define, create and calculate multiple scenarios to drive decision making and to ensure best in class customer service, optimized inventory and resources and meet the business goals.
• Salary Range: $90,000 - $93,500
• Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing demand and supply information for review and alignment with key stakeholders.
Work closely with Supply Chain to understand root-cause of supply disruption, timing of healthy supply, document, and report to Marketing unit.
Help in generating reports, preparing presentations, and documenting meeting outcomes related to S&OP activities.
Collect, analyze, and create data sets for review at monthly S&OP cycle meetings (Demand, Supply and Pre-S&OP).
Collaborate with Supply Chain team to review KPI targets that need improvement and support projects for KPI improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, share insights, and contribute to discussions on demand forecasting and operational planning.
Develop an understanding of Master Scheduling, MRP and IBP Demand and Supply Planning tools.
Learn and master ORI reporting tool used to measure and improve Operational KPI’s.
Engage in training sessions and skill development opportunities to enhance knowledge of S&OP principles, tools and methodologies.
Participate in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced degree is a plus).
• 5+ years’ experience with Data Analytics (Supply Chain experience desired).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with ability to make recommendations based on analysis.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate skill set with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced skill set with Excel).
• Experience with ERPs (SAP preferred) and knowledge of other database concepts (SAP-IBP, Qlik, Power BI preferred).
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to meet business/customer needs.
