What you’ll be doing...
The Sr Analyst - Reporting Enablement role will act as a primary point of contact for Indirect Agent channel reporting needs, focusing on streamlining data requests and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, managing the lifecycle of reporting requests, and facilitating feedback loops to improve data accessibility and quality.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate reporting intake funnel management, requirement gathering sessions, and manage the end-to-end Jira ticket submission process.
Interface with Indirect Sales & Operations, Finance, Data Science, Go to Market, Legal, Learning & Development, and Indirect Channel Agents to ensure key stakeholder needs are met.
Work closely with Data Science on prioritization and delivery of channel reporting needs.
Collect and synthesize feedback from HQ and Regional teams to drive continuous improvement in reporting tools.
Handle communications and manage resources related to reporting initiatives and project updates.
Process and track access requests for reporting systems to ensure timely data availability.
Create and maintain executive-appropriate presentations to communicate reporting enhancement roadmaps.
Provide ongoing reporting support by addressing front-end user questions, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with the appropriate teams on resolution.

With a methodical approach to the request lifecycle, you drive initiatives from concept to completion while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Your strength lies in your ability to manage timelines and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring project success through clear status reporting and the flexibility to pivot as organizational priorities shift.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics experience.
Experience with developing executive-level deliverables (VP/SVP level).
Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Experience presenting to peers and leadership.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence others.
Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated proactive approach focused on finding opportunities to improve the business.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
